Founding Broker Pilot - 2026
In the post-Montgomery world, freight brokers need to document what was checked before dispatch. DispatchDiligence creates the Carrier Selection File that answers the question later. This founding pilot is how we build it right together.
Founding pilot conversations
For pilot details, implementation scope, timing, and next steps, contact DispatchDiligence directly.
This is a structured working relationship, not a passive brochure download.
We are selecting brokerages to use the product on real loads, participate in weekly reviews, and help shape how DispatchDiligence matures before general availability.
If this looks relevant to your operation, contact us. We will talk through your carrier-selection workflow, volume, policy needs, timeline, and whether a founding pilot is the right next step.
What we will cover
Current vetting process, dispatch workflow, policy ownership, roster state, evidence needs, and pilot readiness.Contact us for detailsWant to talk?

Pilot brokers get the full product. We want your feedback on everything, not a stripped version designed to hide the rough edges.
Before your first real dispatch check, we configure your green/yellow/red policy bands together: authority requirements, OOS limits, insurance by type, inspections, crashes, and review consequences.
One live session with your dispatcher and compliance manager. We walk through the dispatch workflow, the decision states, and the controlled proceed process so the team uses it correctly from day one.
A timestamped, policy-driven, source-provenanced record generated before the load moves. Not a score. Not a dashboard. A record of what was checked, what policy applied, and who approved the decision.
Thirty minutes each week with our team. We review files generated, yellow-path handling, roster health, and product feedback. These calls are the core of the pilot.
Search saved Carrier Selection Files by load, DOT, carrier, date, or outcome. Pull a response packet for any carrier: files, decisions, and exceptions packaged for review.
Upload a carrier roster during onboarding, classify carriers under policy, and keep roster work separate from the live dispatcher path.
Your data is yours. Carrier Selection Files are exportable in PDF and CSV format during and after the pilot. We do not hold evidence records hostage.
What we ask in return
We are being selective about who gets a founding pilot slot because we need brokers who will actually use the product and tell us honestly where it breaks.
If you are looking for a passive SaaS trial, this is not the right fit. If you want to shape the product that becomes the standard for carrier-selection documentation, this is it.
Designate at least one participant for the 30-minute weekly call. Consistent no-shows may result in the slot being offered to another brokerage.
Run carrier checks through DispatchDiligence as part of your actual dispatch workflow. Target at least 20 checks during each 30-day window. This is not a sandbox exercise.
Tell us what is broken, missing, or confusing. We are not looking for praise. We are looking for signal.
At month three or six, participate in one 30-minute peer call with a prospective pilot brokerage. Not a public testimonial - a broker-to-broker conversation.
DispatchDiligence is workflow and evidence infrastructure. It is not legal advice. It does not guarantee compliance with any law or regulation. It does not certify that any carrier is safe. It does not prevent lawsuits or guarantee a favorable legal outcome. It does not replace legal counsel. Decisions to use any carrier remain the broker's sole operational and legal responsibility. Counsel should review your carrier selection policies and the content of your Carrier Selection Files.
